School Programmes:
These programmes are aimed at reaching ALL the kids in South Africa. We introducing them to new and wonderful things, making them excited about nature and wildlife, and helping them to rediscover their place within the "bigger picture of life". Only by getting our youth passionate and involved in discovering the magic of life on earth for themselves, will we be able to install a lasting respect and compassion towards their environment and all other living species on earth.
Our school programmes also focus specific on Education for Sustainable Development, thus, aiming at preserving our natural heritage and ensuring that it benefits generations to come. Included in these programmes are:

Corporate Programmes:
Professional wildlife/conservation/sustainable development presentations done in a most informative, yet, most entertaining style. Various themes or topics are available, from serious wildlife and/or environment conservation or sustainability to "the animal in the office".

GO GREEN Programmes:
1. Schools: Developed and presented as part of our Schools programme (see section on "SCHOOLS" - our projects at schools (both primary & secondary) are all aimed at education for sustainable development, and includes various themes, from specific sustainable development projects (e.g. "Go Green/Gaan GROEN" themes) to projects on biodiversity and basic nature conservation.
Depending on the specific school/community and its specific needs, these projects or programmes varies and may include:
Professional presentations, workshops, formal enviro-courses,
knowledge competitions
, wildlife photography
and
assistance in the designing of sustainable development
strategies for the school.

Education for Sustainable Development
2. Corporate Presentations and/or workshops on Sustainable Development:
The WEF presents/organises the above, tailored to the specific client’s needs and budget, or WEF professionals are invited as guest speakers at corporate events.
The corporate organisation pays for the presentation, workshop or speaker fee and in doing so, it contributes towards education for sustainable development and the work done by the WEF.
Environmental Educational Resource Material:
The WEF's professional team, in association with its partners, also research, develop and distribute high quality, educational resource material in all possible formats to further promote and support sustainable development, wildlife education and environmental conservation.
In order to sustainably accomplish our vision, mission and objectives, the WEF generate the necessary funds by either applying their professional skills and expertise (see our "Ways to Support") or through the development and ditribution of enviro resource material.
WEF - ENVIROcampus:
The ENVIROcampus is an Enviro Skills Development initiative of the WEF. Registration for our 2012 courses will be possible from October 2011 and students can apply for various ONLINE and/or OFFLINE enviro-courses.
All the ONLINE courses are delivered entirely online and the course material and all assessments are accessed over the the Internet. Course content may also be downloaded, but all course's tests must be completed online.
OFFLINE courses are delivered in a traditional Distance Learning orCorrespondence format, where the course material is posted to students and assignments are sent through the post.
Regular practical workshops are available for both ONLINE and OFFLINE students to attend. All our courses are fully accredited and certificates/diplomas will be issued on successful completion of each course/module.
